Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses).

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and order value. Standard shipping timelines after processing:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day (order by 12pm PT)

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Signature Requirement

Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery. This protects both you and Ahida Correale, LLC from lost or stolen packages.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss and damage in transit. Once the carrier marks a package as “delivered,” insurance no longer applies (see our Refund Policy for lost or stolen packages).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and speed. We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $800.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ahida Correale, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges will apply.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact hello@ahidacorreale.com within 2 hours of order placement. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

Delays

Ahida Correale, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
