Refund policy

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ahidacorreale.com within five (5) days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, we will offer, at our discretion, either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability, since each piece is one-of-a-kind)
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Items approved for return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item and will appear on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable except for damage or defect:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management.
  2. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a lost package claim.
  3. Contact us at hello@ahidacorreale.com within 7 days of the “delivered” status update, and we will assist with the carrier claim.

Ahida Correale, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for high-value orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is packaged or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are unable to refund to a different card or account.
