These Terms of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern all purchases made through https://www.ahidacorreale.com (the "Website") operated by Ahida Correale, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Sale Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Products

Each Ahida Correale piece is handmade and artisan-produced. Natural variations in embroidery, color, textile, weave, and sizing may occur and are inherent to the handmade nature of the garment. We make every effort to display colors and imagery accurately; however, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. Every product is one-of-a-kind. Once a product is sold, it is not restocked.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order acceptance apply. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment must be received in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods offered at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ahida Correale, LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, cancellation is not possible; please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in our sole discretion, including for reasons of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website.

Governing Law

These Sale Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising from a purchase is subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use, including the Missouri jurisdiction clause for actions not subject to arbitration.
